Does TreeSource sell to the general public?
No, TreeSource will only sell to registered landscape contractors of the Houston and surrounding area. We do not sell to the general public/retail customers, general contractors, interior designers, real estate agents or brokers, or developers. You MUST be a registered landscape contractor. We will not accept any third party payments. The payment must come from the landscape contractor. We value our relationships with landscape contractors and wish to honor those relationships by only selling to them.
How do I set up an account with TreeSource?
We are not currently setting up new customers in the spring of 2024. We will re-evaluate new customer accounts as we get closer to the summer months.
At the time of account set up, all accounts will be verified as landscape contractors before the set up process begins. Applying does not guarantee approval. Please note that general contractors, interior designers, real estate agents or brokers, developers, or homeowners are NOT eligible for accounts at TreeSource. All Terms & Conditions MUST be adhered to if your account is approved for set up. No pricing will be given until a customer account is verified and set up.
Can I bring my customers to the nursery to look at plant material?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your customers to the nursery to look at plant material or to make selections for your project, but please do not send your customers to the nursery unaccompanied. We sell only to landscape contractors and professionals, and we do not have the staff to help make choices or offer advice to your customers. Your customer is not allowed into the office, except to use the restroom, and should not be at the customer service counter with you discussing the order or pricing. In fact, pricing will not be discussed with or in front of your customers, and any discounts could be removed from your account should we find out that your customer has been given any TreeSource pricing.
Does Tree Source deliver?
Absolutely! We ship anywhere in the Houston and surrounding area. We will send the plant material on one of our many delivery trucks. The landscaper is required to have a crew present to unload the material and sign for it. The landscaper must provide any machinery necessary to unload. The driver is only there to assist and manage the unloading.
Does Tree Source sell only trees?
No, our extensive assortment also includes shrubs, perennials, season color, groundcovers, bag and bulk mulch and soils, steel edging, fertilizers, tree stakes, pottery, tools and more. If we don’t have it, ask us about ordering it in for you.
Can I e-mail specific landscaping and product questions?
Yes, please view the Our Team page. Please remember that we only sell to and prefer to answer questions for landscaper contractors as our staff if very busy with their daily responsibilities.
